I’ve fallen in love with this designer’s work since I spotted her outfits in New African Woman magazine last year. Always slow on the uptake, and not a fashion junkie by any stretch of the imagination, I do, however, have a mild addiction to the ubiquitous bright wax-print African cloth sold in shacks along roads everywhere. And it’s this cloth that forms the basis for Ituen Basi’s designs.

This gorgeous image comes from Ituen Basi’s stockists page. Once you pop over to the way-too-tempting site be sure to click on collection and see the range in one place, but the About Us and Home page showcase excellent design and photography.
