Thanks for the compliments! It is very hot right now in the northern half of Ghana. We freeze drinks the night before and get through the day by "drinking" frozen tea and water. So certainly wear light cotton clothing. Long pants to protect you from the sun and light T-shirts are best. Girls often bring light gypsy skirts or the like too. I have enjoyed your guide, both sample and full version and am looking forward to my trip. Have been to North Africa quite a lot but only a short holiday in the Gambia (which I loved) in West Africa.
